My cholesterol reports are in the low to moderate risk category, and the doctor is suggesting medication. Otherwise, I'm healthy with no serious issues like high blood pressure. Over 40 with minimal weight gain over the years. Cholesterol count is 250, but HDL portion is pretty low (50). What should I do?
